1) Using the site
This website and related services (“Services”) are for personal, non‑commercial use. If you’re under 16, you’ll need verifiable parent/guardian consent for features that collect personal data.

Keep your login details secret. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if something looks off.
3) Acceptable use
- No cheating, hacking, scraping, reverse‑engineering, malware, or attempts to overload our systems.

- We may suspend or terminate access if rules are broken.
4) Intellectual property
The SUMO QUBES name, logos, characters, artwork, code, and site content belong to Republic of Fun Limited or our licensors. You get a limited, revocable licence to access and use the Services. Don’t copy, resell, or make derivative works without permission.
5) User content
If you share feedback, screenshots, or fan creations via our site, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use and display that content to operate and promote the Services. Only upload what you have rights to.
6) Third‑party links
We sometimes link to other sites (socials, stores). Different sites, different rules—check their policies. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
7) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t promise uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
8) Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our total liability for claims relating to the Services is capped at €[amount] or what you paid us in the last 12 months—whichever is less.
