Be Respectful

Treat all players with respect. No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory language will be tolerated.

Fair Play

Play fairly and honestly. Do not use cheats, hacks, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software.

Keep It Clean

No profanity, inappropriate content, or offensive usernames. Keep the game family-friendly.

No Cheating

Using any form of cheats, bots, or exploits will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

• No automation tools or macros
• No exploiting game bugs or glitches
• No account sharing or boosting

Teaming & Collaboration

In solo game modes, teaming with other players is not allowed. Play as intended for the game mode.

AFK & Griefing

Don't go AFK (away from keyboard) during matches. Don't intentionally ruin the game experience for others.

Chat Guidelines

Use in-game chat responsibly:

• No spam or repetitive messages
• No advertising or self-promotion
• No sharing personal information
• No impersonating staff or other players

Reporting Issues

If you encounter bugs, cheaters, or inappropriate behavior, report them through our official channels. False reports may result in penalties.

Protect Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your password or account details with anyone.

One Account Per Player

Each player should only have one active account. Multiple accounts (smurfing) may be restricted.

Warning System

Minor violations may result in warnings. Repeated violations will lead to:

• Temporary chat restrictions
• Temporary account suspension (3-30 days)
• Permanent account ban

Appeals

If you believe you were banned unfairly, you can submit an appeal through our support system. Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
